
Harrison Williams focuses his practice on civil litigation, representing clients on both the plaintiff and defense sides in matters throughout Hilton Head, Bluffton, Beaufort County, and throughout South Carolina. He handles a wide range of disputes, including business and real estate litigation, construction defect claims, and complex personal injury cases.
With experience representing clients on both sides of a dispute, Harrison brings a balanced, strategic perspective to litigation and works to resolve matters efficiently while protecting his clients’ interests.
Harrison represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury cases, business disputes, real estate litigation, insurance coverage issues, intellectual property claims, and probate disputes. He has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, providing him with a balanced perspective in developing effective litigation strategies.
He began his legal career clerking for South Carolina Circuit Court Judge Mark Hayes, where he gained firsthand insight into court proceedings, trials, and judicial decision-making. He later practiced at firms representing both plaintiffs and defendants, gaining courtroom experience in complex litigation matters, including personal injury, insurance bad faith, and property disputes.
Harrison graduated from Clemson University in 2011 with a B.A. in History and a minor in Legal Studies. He earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2015.
During law school, he served as Associate Editor in Chief of the South Carolina Law Review, where his student note was published in the annual Survey of South Carolina Law. He also served as a student attorney in the law school’s consumer bankruptcy clinic, providing legal assistance to individuals in need.
Harrison takes a practical, results-focused approach to litigation, emphasizing clear communication, thorough preparation, and strategic decision-making. His experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants allows him to anticipate opposing arguments and develop effective solutions tailored to each case.
Harrison lives in Hilton Head Island with his wife, their three sons, and their golden retriever. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the Beaufort County Bar Association, and the Hilton Head Bar Association, and is a graduate of Leadership Hilton Head. Outside of his practice, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, traveling, and skiing.
