
Lauren Williams represents clients in real estate transactions, civil litigation, estate planning and administration, and probate litigation, providing practical legal guidance throughout Hilton Head, Bluffton, and Beaufort County. She works closely with individuals and businesses to resolve disputes efficiently while helping clients navigate transactions and plan for the future with confidence.
Lauren works with clients across a range of legal matters, including real estate transactions, dispute resolution, and estate-related issues. Her practice includes assisting with estate planning documents, guiding clients through estate and trust administration, and handling disputes that arise during the probate process. She also serves as an agent for Fidelity Title Insurance.
She began her legal career clerking for South Carolina Circuit Court Judge G. Thomas Cooper, where she gained valuable insight into court proceedings and judicial decision-making. Her experience allows her to approach matters with strong preparation, attention to detail, and a practical understanding of the litigation process.
As a life-long resident of Hilton Head Island, Lauren is connected with the local community. She serves clients throughout Hilton Head, Bluffton, and Beaufort County across a variety of transactional and litigation matters.
Lauren graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Financial Management and a minor in Accounting. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law. During law school, she served as the Editor in Chief of the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal.
Lauren focuses on providing clear communication and practical guidance at every stage of a matter. She works closely with clients to ensure they understand their options and feel confident in the decisions they make, whether navigating a transaction, planning for the future, or resolving a dispute.
Outside of her legal practice, Lauren is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, Beaufort County Bar Association, Hilton Head Bar Association, and a graduate of Leadership Hilton Head.
Lauren lives on Hilton Head with her husband, their three sons, and their golden retriever, Charlie. In her free time, Lauren enjoys reading, boating, and enjoying all the Lowcountry has to offer.
